Partner Success Executive

📋 Description

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with our first fitness partners, working closely with
• Manage onboarding and ongoing support via Zendesk, acting as the main point of contact for partners
• Proactively review and renegotiate commercial and non-commercial conditions with partners
• Coordinate with Customer Experience and Finance teams to resolve local issues and booking friction
• Identify at-risk partners early and implement creative strategies to improve retention, supporting
• Act as a key source of market feedback, helping adapt support workflows and FAQs to the needs of

🎯 Requirements

• You have 3-5 years of work experience.
• You have 1+ year of experience in user-facing or partner-facing roles such as Account Management
• You communicate confidently in Dutch (native level) and fluently in English.
• You are comfortable managing a high volume of calls and video interactions, and enjoy staying close
• You are able to handle challenging conversations around contract terms and turn them into
