🎯 Requirements

Academic background in Economics, Business Informatics, Social Sciences, or comparable field.
Prior experience in Customer Success or Technical Support for business customers within a SaaS
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Polish (C1/C2) and English (C1); proficiency
Strong technical understanding of system integrations, with desirable knowledge of XML, JSON, or
Proven track record of effective cross-departmental collaboration, planning, and CRM system
