📋 Description

• Manages at least one large hospital and health system partner, including all relevant value based
• Works with Senior Leadership to set the strategic direction for their account(s)
• Is responsible for business development and relationship management at the account level
• Provides support and direction to operations teams and subject matter experts working on Aledade’s
• Assumes financial accountability for their account(s) with a focus on operational excellence
• ACO Strategy: Set and achieve annual savings goals, process metric targets, and quality targets for

🎯 Requirements

• Must reside in Minnesota
• 10+ years of related experience working as a client-facing project lead in the healthcare industry
• 7+ years of management experience
• 3+ years of Value Based Care experience
