Partnership Integration Solutions Engineer

📋 Description

• Be the technical lead for partners from discovery through production, getting to know their systems
• Manage several integrations at once as the technical project manager, prioritizing across competing
• Architect how EliseAI connects with each partner, including how data flows between systems and
• Own testing and launch readiness so integrations go live successfully, then monitor performance
• Identify gaps in our own APIs and work with Engineering and Product to scope and prioritize the
• Contribute to our developer docs, playbooks, and tooling, and turn recurring partner pain points

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in a partner or customer facing technical role, such as technical consulting, solutions
• Deep familiarity with APIs, webhooks, system architecture, and modern integration patterns. You can
• Experience working directly with external technical stakeholders, such as vendor or customer
• A track record of aligning cross-functional teams and explaining technical tradeoffs to both
• Proven ability to prioritize across competing deadlines and execute on several projects at once
• Demonstrated ownership and resourceful problem solving in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
