Proven success in corporate partnership development, employer engagement, or business development.
Industry knowledge in healthcare, business & finance, construction & engineering
At least two years prior experience in partnership and/or business development with a demonstrated
Strong sales and relationship-building skills, with a track record of meeting outreach and
Event/project/volunteer management experience (Preferred).
Experience in workforce development, career-connected learning, or youth programs (Preferred).
