6–10 years of experience in adtech or programmatic advertising
Strong knowledge of the programmatic ecosystem including Prebid, header bidding, OpenRTB, dynamic
Proven ability to manage strategic partner relationships and negotiate contracts
Confidence working with revenue and performance metrics such as RPM, fill rate, win rate, revenue
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with commercial agreements, insertion orders, DPAs, and GDPR
