📋 Description

• Manage strategic partnerships: Own the end-to-end commercial relationship with SSPs, DSPs, and
• Drive revenue growth: Set partner-level revenue targets, track monthly and year-over-year
• Optimize partner performance: Analyze bid dynamics, supply allocation, query-per-second (QPS)
• Lead commercial negotiations: Review and negotiate revenue-sharing agreements, fees, contractual
• Manage business reviews and escalations: Lead regular quarterly business reviews (QBRs), align
• Qualify new partnership opportunities: Evaluate inbound SSP and DSP prospects based on technical

🎯 Requirements

• 6–10 years of experience in adtech or programmatic advertising, particularly in demand-side
• Strong knowledge of the programmatic ecosystem, including Prebid, header bidding, OpenRTB, dynamic
• Proven ability to manage strategic partner relationships, negotiate contracts and commercial terms
• Confidence working with revenue and performance metrics such as RPM, fill rate, win rate, revenue
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with experience resolving complex partner issues
• Familiarity with commercial agreements, insertion orders (IOs), data processing agreements (DPAs)
