6–10 years of experience in adtech or programmatic advertising
Strong knowledge of programmatic ecosystem including Prebid, header bidding, OpenRTB, dynamic
Proven ability to manage strategic partner relationships, negotiate contracts and commercial terms
Confidence working with revenue and performance metrics such as RPM, fill rate, win rate, revenue
Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with experience resolving complex partner issues
Familiarity with commercial agreements, insertion orders (IOs), data processing agreements (DPAs)
