Partnership Manager - Private Equity

📋 Description

• Identify, engage, and build relationships with private equity firms across North America
• Source, structure, negotiate, and close strategic partnerships with leading private equity firms
• Own the complete partnership lifecycle, from initial prospecting and onboarding to partner
• Develop and execute strategies to convert signed partnerships into active portfolio company
• Establish credibility and maintain strong relationships with senior investment professionals
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Solutions Consulting, Product, and Marketing teams to align

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in strategic partnerships, alliances, or business development
• Strong understanding of how private equity firms operate, evaluate opportunities, and create value
• Demonstrated success building strategic relationships from the ground up, sourcing new
• A proven track record of developing and scaling partnerships that contribute measurable revenue
• An established network within the private equity, investment, or financial services community, with
• Strong commercial judgment and the ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder negotiations
