📋 Description

• Assist in the technical and operational onboarding of new partners (POS systems, delivery apps) in
• Help monitor partner performance, troubleshoot basic integration issues, and ensure data accuracy
• Act as a day-to-day point of contact for Italian-speaking partners, answering queries and routing
• Keep our CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot) and internal databases up to date with partner information
• Help research and map the local restaurant-tech ecosystem in Italy to identify new partnership

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent Italian Speaker: Native or bilingual fluency in Italian; Strong professional English (and/or
• Tech-Curious: healthy curiosity about how modern software works and zero fear of learning new
• Fast Learner & Doer: 'get things done' attitude, strong organization skills, and love solving
• Background: Currently studying or recently graduated in Business, Hospitality, International Trade
• Passion for Tech & Food: genuine interest in startups, food-tech, or the restaurant industry
