Partnerships Lead

📋 Description

• Develop and expand regional partner pipelines across tech, cloud, marketplace, startups.
• Identify, qualify, negotiate, and onboard new partners in the EMEA region.
• Activate and localize global partnerships with enablement, co-selling, and co-marketing.
• Collaborate with global partners to adapt strategies to regional requirements.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders for long-term collaboration.
• Represent at regional industry, technology, and developer events to boost visibility and partnership opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• 5 to 10 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or related role in the EMEA.
• Experience managing multiple partnership models: tech alliances, solution partners, SI, cloud providers, startups.
• Track record building regional partnership functions within international orgs.
• Strong commercial acumen to evaluate and develop opportunities across partner types.
• Experience working independently in distributed, global environments across time zones.
• Background in developer tools, cloud technologies, databases, or infrastructure software.
