Partnerships Lead

📋 Description

• Develop and expand regional pipeline of strategic partners across tech, cloud, and startups.
• Identify, qualify, negotiate, and onboard new partners to strengthen EMEA presence.
• Activate and localize global partnerships via enablement, co-selling, co-marketing, and deals.
• Collaborate with global partnership leaders to adapt strategies to regional markets.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders across partner orgs.
• Represent the organization at regional industry and developer events to boost visibility.

🎯 Requirements

• 5 to 10 years in partnerships, BD, channel management, or related role within the EMEA region.
• Proven experience managing multiple partnership models: tech alliances, solution partners, SIs, cloud providers.
• Demonstrated success building or expanding regional partnership functions within international organizations.
• Strong commercial acumen to evaluate and develop opportunities across partner types.
• Experience working independently in distributed global environments across time zones.
• Background in developer tools, cloud technologies, databases, or related technology sectors.
