Partnerships Lead

📋 Description

• Develop regional partner pipeline across tech, cloud, marketplace, and startups.
• Identify, qualify, negotiate, and onboard partners in EMEA.
• Activate and localize partnerships with enablement, co-sell, co-marketing.
• Align international strategies with regional regulatory/market needs.
• Build strong relationships with senior partner stakeholders.
• Represent the company at regional industry and developer events.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-10 years in partnerships, BD, channel mgmt in EMEA.
• Experience managing tech alliances, solution partners, cloud, startups.
• Built or expanded regional partnership functions in intl orgs.
• Strong commercial acumen to evaluate and develop opportunities.
• Experience working independently in distributed global teams.
• Background in developer tools, cloud technologies, databases, infrastructure software.
