📋 Description

  • Develop and expand regional partner pipeline across the EMEA region
  • Identify, qualify, negotiate, onboard partners across models
  • Activate and localize partnerships with enablement and co-selling
  • Align global strategies to regional market needs
  • Build relationships with senior partner stakeholders
  • Represent the company at regional events to boost visibility

🎯 Requirements

  • 5 to 10 years in partnerships or related role in EMEA
  • Experience managing tech alliances, solution partners, SIs, cloud, startups
  • Proven success building regional partnerships in international orgs
  • Strong commercial acumen to pursue opportunities across partner types
  • Ability to work independently across time zones in a global setup
  • Background in developer tools, cloud tech, databases, or infrastructure software
