Partnerships Manager, US Public Health

📋 Description

• Contribute to Anthropic's US public health strategy, working closely with the team lead to identify
• Own a portfolio of flagship deployments, coordinating with Applied AI, product, policy, and GTM
• Source, evaluate, and onboard new partners; structure engagements that work within government
• Translate partner needs into deployment plans that account for legacy systems and workforce
• Support the creation of shared resources and digital public goods that help the broader field use
• Build the evidence base by partnering with academic and evaluation organizations to study what works

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in US public health, health policy, or public sector health innovation
• 5+ years managing external partnerships, multi-stakeholder initiatives, or programs that span
• Deep relationships and credibility in the US public health ecosystem
• Working understanding of how federal, state, and local public health agencies operate, implement
• Technical fluency to engage credibly on AI concepts and understand LLM capabilities and limitations
• Experience building programs or portfolios in early-stage settings where the playbook is still
