Patient Engagement Lead (LATAM)

📋 Description

• Translate patient engagement strategies into study-level plans and deliverables.
• Develop or coordinate patient engagement materials per literacy and DEI guidelines.
• Engage Patient Advocacy Groups and community organizations.
• Contribute to patient feasibility by collecting and summarizing insights.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure a positive patient experience.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure inclusive representation in trials.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in life sciences or related field (or equivalent)
• 3+ years in CRO/pharma/healthcare
• Exposure to clinical trial operations and/or patient engagement activities
• Experience supporting patient engagement, recruitment, or trial delivery
• English proficiency required.
• Strong organizational, time management, and stakeholder coordination.
