Patient Scheduling Associate - Radiology

📋 Description

• Scheduling, rescheduling and canceling exams for patients
• Scheduling complex procedures classified as Specialty Procedures (LDCT, PET, Nuc Med)
• Handling customer service-related requests, communicating preparations, handling call backs
• Performing clerical tasks
• Displaying excellent communication skills and telephone etiquette
• Placing outgoing calls to schedule patient exams when receiving scripts and electronic orders

🎯 Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Minimum of 3-4 CXC/GCE/City & Guilds subjects inclusive of English Language, or a U.S. high
• Prior Healthcare/Insurance experience is an asset
• 1-2 years of BPO/Customer Service experience is an asset
• Must have a valid government issued ID, TRN and NIS card
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test as needed
