📋 Description

• Manage daily patient scheduling and rescheduling workflows across multiple platforms, ensuring
• Communicate directly with patients by phone, email, and text to coordinate appointments, answer
• Support patients through appointment changes and telehealth logistics, ensuring they have the
• Monitor appointment workflows proactively, identifying scheduling conflicts, gaps, or operational
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient and appointment information across internal systems and
• Coordinate closely with clinical and customer success teams to ensure patients are appropriately

• Bring strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with a patient, empathetic
• Be comfortable supporting patients who may have questions, concerns, or difficulty navigating
• Have the ability to learn and work confidently across multiple software systems and adapt to new
• Demonstrate reliable follow-through and ownership, with the ability to manage tasks independently
• Be proactive and able to recognize what needs to be done without requiring constant direction.
