Paymaster/Plant HR (Human Resources) Generalist

📋 Description

• Process and support hourly payroll activities with a high degree of accuracy and attention to
• Serve as a trusted HR resource for employees and leaders across the plant.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and employee development initiatives.
• Administer employee benefits programs and answer employee questions.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation while ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Coordinate employee engagement programs, recognition efforts, and plant-wide communication

🎯 Requirements

• Associate or Bachelor degree in Accounting, Business or Human Resources is preferred
• Must have experience in payroll administration in a fast-paced environment, ideally within
• Prefer someone with previous Human Resources experience in a manufacturing environment with modern
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Knowledge of Ceridian DayForce and SAP are a plus
