• Process client repayments: Run recurring ACH pulls for monthly credit repayments on a fixed
• Issue rewards, credits, and incentives: Calculate and release cashback rewards on a set monthly
• Maintain credit and card program settings: Update client credit limits, payment terms, statement
• Manage wire operations: Handle wire trace requests, recalls, returns, and non-posted wires with our
• Manage ACH operations: Initiate ACH returns and reversals in line with NACHA rules, applying the
• Support fraud and credit review: Expedite settlement on transactions once Fraud or Credit has

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in payment operations, banking operations, treasury operations, or a similar function at a
• Working knowledge of payment rails — ACH, Fedwire, RTP, card networks, and remote deposit — and
• Exceptional attention to detail. You reconcile before you release, and you catch the transposed
• Comfort with recurring hard deadlines and high transaction volume without losing accuracy.
• Hands-on with operational tooling: ticketing systems (Jira), BI dashboards (Looker), spreadsheets
• Clear written communicator. Much of this role is coordinating across Credit Risk, Client Services
