Payment Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Monitor that payment methods work properly, escalate issues to respective providers and teams
• Analyze acceptance rates of different payment methods/providers/cashiers and make decisions as to
• Ensure sufficient available balance across different payment methods to process withdrawals
• Review and create backup/contingency and emergency plans
• Create monitoring guidelines and procedures for monitoring and support teams
• Report daily and weekly payments activities and issues to the Head of Operations

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years as a billing/payments manager/support or similar role in online payments
• Confident in dealing with numbers and processing of financial/transactional information
• Advanced Excel and other MS Office software user
• Good understanding of online payments technical integrations, funnels, flows
• Experience in written and oral communication with foreign customers or partners
• Deep understanding of payment and transactional systems and services
