📋 Description

• Lead, train, supervise, and develop the payment posting team, establishing clear expectations for

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of payment posting experience, including at least 3 years in a lead, supervisory, or
• Strong knowledge of medical billing, insurance practices, payment posting procedures, and physician
• Previous experience supervising or leading teams in a healthcare RCM or billing environment is
• Hands-on experience with NextGen Enterprise Practice Management is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to provide clear direction
