Payments Operations Specialist

📋 Description

• Own KYC and onboarding ops; review verifications; chase missing info; resolve onboarding errors.
• Monitor payouts; investigate failures/delays; resolve negative balance cases.
• Own churn monitoring; track departing venues; ensure clean offboarding and final payouts.
• Daily monitoring of payments ops; spot anomalies early; fix errors before they become problems.
• Build and document scalable ops processes for our financial services products.
• Work hands-on in spreadsheets and payments platform admin tools.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-3 years in payments ops, banking ops, fintech, or KYC/CDD.
• Payments background preferred but not essential; fast learner.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Autonomous; takes ownership of your patch; self-directed.
• Strong written and verbal communication with internal stakeholders.
• Very comfortable with spreadsheets, dashboards, and admin tools.
