📋 Description

• Manage daily payment operations across multiple brands, monitoring transactions and investigating
• Configure and maintain payment rules within the orchestration platform to optimize payment routing
• Support the basic configuration and setup required to integrate new payment providers into existing
• Monitor PaymentIQ performance and proactively identify technical or operational issues that could
• Work closely with Customer Support and other internal teams to investigate transaction errors and
• Collaborate with Commercial, Integration, Backend, and other relevant teams to improve payment

🎯 Requirements

• More than 2 years of hands-on experience working with PaymentIQ or a comparable payment platform
• Strong understanding of payment flows, transaction lifecycles, payment integrations, and
• Technical aptitude and confidence working with payment configurations, orchestration rules, and
• Ability to investigate payment issues systematically, identify root causes, and implement or
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and a structured approach to problem-solving.
