Payroll Accountant

📋 Description

• Manage the full payroll cycle for Lithuanian and foreign entities, including salary calculations
• Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing in compliance with Lithuanian labor law, tax
• Prepare and submit payroll-related tax declarations and reports to state authorities (VMI, SODRA)
• Maintain and reconcile payroll accounts, resolve discrepancies, and ensure accurate general ledger
• Administer employee timesheets, attendance records, and employment documentation in accordance with
• Collaborate with the HR team to ensure accurate employee data, handle onboarding/offboarding

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience in payroll accounting or payroll administration.
• Solid knowledge of Lithuanian labor law, payroll taxation (GPM, VSD, PSD), and social security
• Experience with payroll-related reporting to VMI and SODRA.
• Proficiency in payroll and/or ERP accounting software (e.g., Navision, SAP, or similar).
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel for payroll data analysis and reconciliation.
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to handle confidential information with
