Payroll Administrator

📋 Description

• Reviews all new hires into payroll system, HRIS system, and time and attendance system to ensure
• Maintains electronic and paper employee files.
• Processes employee payroll changes (direct deposits).
• Sets up payroll taxes.
• Verifies payroll hours from time and attendance system to ensure non-exempt and exempt employees
• Provides outstanding customer service to our internal customers regarding all payroll questions and

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of Payroll experience
• PCP Certification an asset
• Previous experience with Dayforce HCM and SAP systems, or other similar time keeping system an asset
• Previous experience at large, fast pace, complex organizations (employee population 2000+) an asset
• Ability to prioritize, time management, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.
