Payroll Administrator II (Data Entry)

📋 Description

• Manage payroll exceptions, adjustments, garnishments, benefit deductions, levies, reconciliations
• Perform accurate payroll data entry and validation while ensuring payroll information is complete
• Investigate and resolve complex payroll issues, including quarter-end and year-end processing
• Ensure payroll activities comply with applicable legislation, tax requirements, statutory
• Partner with internal teams, external payroll service providers, and in-country vendors to
• Work directly with employees and clients when necessary to understand and resolve complex payroll

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional payroll experience, preferably gained within a payroll service provider
• Experience managing end-to-end payroll operations across multiple countries or regions, including
• Strong knowledge of payroll processing, validations, reconciliations, statutory filings, and local
• Solid understanding of payroll legislation, taxability rules, earnings and deductions, gross-to-net
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to investigate discrepancies
• Experience supporting payroll implementations, operational rollouts, system changes, and process
