Payroll Analyst

📋 Description

• Support semi-monthly and weekly payroll processing in Rippling, including new hires, terminations
• Reconcile payroll registers against HRIS and benefits data before submission.
• Work with the Senior Payroll Specialist to resolve discrepancies, align payroll and financial data
• Coordinate employee changes, compensation updates, benefits deductions, and other payroll inputs.
• Assist with multi-state tax withholding setup and registrations.
• Maintain audit trails of process changes.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 2-3 years of payroll experience (multi-state/international preferred).
• Working knowledge of core payroll tax concepts (FICA, FUTA/SUTA).
• Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups) and/or Google Sheets.
• Strong reconciliation skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and cross-team collaboration skills.
