Payroll Analyst

📋 Description

• Process payroll for multiple APAC countries (Malaysia, Singapore, China, Australia, and Japan)
• Manage payroll inputs such as salaries, bonuses, benefits, stock compensation, and statutory
• Coordinate closely with HR and Finance to maintain alignment between BambooHR, payroll systems, and
• Support both salaried employees and contractor payments, ensuring correct employment
• Provide clear and responsive payroll support to employees, resolving queries quickly and
• Validate invoices from payroll vendors and oversee third-party payments.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience running multi-country payroll, especially in APAC markets such as Malaysia
• A solid understanding of regional tax structures, wage types, and statutory requirements across
• Confident working remotely and independently, with excellent collaboration skills across time zones
• Experience with payroll systems and strong skills in Excel or Google Sheets.
