📋 Description

• Support payroll transitions between employing entities, payroll providers or platforms by
• Coordinate with payroll partners and internal teams to close pending inputs, approvals and
• Investigate recurring payroll errors and exceptions, identify root causes and improve validation
• Maintain country-specific payroll procedures and support statutory reporting, reconciliations and
• Contribute to automation and AI initiatives by identifying manual tasks, documenting payroll

🎯 Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in payroll processing, input validation and reconciliation; exposure to
• Sound understanding of payroll calculations, tax and statutory requirements for the countries you
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for validating data, reconciling payroll and investigating
• Comfortable working with payroll systems and learning new tools and workflows.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills and the ability to identify risks and resolve
• Clear communication skills and the ability to coordinate across teams, manage competing deadlines
