Payroll Analyst II (Colombia and LATAM Payroll)

📋 Description

• Work directly with the payroll vendor on end-to-end Colombia payroll execution. Support the
• Ensure mandatory filings and timely remittances via PILA, electronic payroll reporting (Nómina
• Resolve employee inquiries regarding deductions, withholdings, and benefits.
• Partner with the accounting team during month-end close by delivering accurate gross-to-net payroll

🎯 Requirements

• 3yrs+ of experience managing payroll processing for Colombia with working experience in accounting
• Expertise in Colombian labor, tax, and social security regulations
• Experience in Workday, UKG, or similar global payroll platforms
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
• Excellent written, and verbal communication skills in English
