Payroll Analyst (Temp)

📋 Description

• Process and prepare accurate bi-weekly and semi-monthly payrolls across multiple states and
• Reconcile payroll information before transmission, validate confirmed payroll reports, and
• Partner closely with HR, Finance, international payroll teams, and other stakeholders to resolve
• Conduct payroll audits and research to help maintain compliance with applicable tax developments
• Support payroll and financial audits by preparing relevant information, reviewing records, and
• Perform payroll analysis and research while serving as a point of contact for employee and

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience processing payroll for a medium- to large-sized organization, with
• Strong understanding of payroll processing, reconciliations, compliance requirements, and the
• Experience with G Suite tools such as Google Drive, Google Docs, and Google Sheets is an advantage
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to research payroll issues
• A strong work ethic and adaptability are essential for succeeding in a rapidly changing environment
