Payroll, Compensation & Benefits Intern

📋 Description

• Support end-to-end payroll operations across multiple countries (US, Canada, Colombia), including
• Assist with benefits enrollment, terminations, and employee lifecycle changes in our HRIS and
• Perform data quality checks across payroll, benefits, and HRIS systems to identify and resolve
• Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end payroll and benefits audits, including preparing
• Assist with compensation research and benchmarking, including compiling market data for the annual
• Help manage vendor invoices, track reconciliations, and prepare payment requests for payroll and

🎯 Requirements

• Current university student or recent graduate in Finance.
• Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides) and Microsoft Office (Excel in particular).
• English proficiency (written and verbal) — must be able to collaborate with US-based teams daily.
• Spanish fluency (native or near-native).
• Strong work ethic, intellectual curiosity, and eagerness to learn new domains.
