Payroll Compliance Administrator

📋 Description

• Assist with payroll processing activities and administrative payroll functions.
• Enter and process payroll corrections accurately and in a timely manner.
• Support final pay processes for states requiring immediate employee payout.
• Assist with payroll hours of reconciliation using HR and timekeeping systems.
• Monitor and respond to inquiries received through the Payroll Support inbox, providing resolutions
• Coordinate and complete payroll-related administrative tasks to support payroll processing

🎯 Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration
• Equivalent combination of education and payroll experience may be considered
• 2-4 years of payroll, payroll tax, compliance, or related experience
• Experience at large, fast pace, complex organizations (employee population 10,000+)
• Experience with UKG Pro Payroll System, SuccessFactors HRIS, and timekeeping systems preferred
• Understanding of federal, state, and local payroll tax requirements
