📋 Description

• Process payroll for multiple clients across weekly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly, and monthly payroll
• Validate payroll inputs, including earnings, deductions, taxes, adjustments, and employee data, to
• Review and balance payroll before finalization and transmission, ensuring deadlines and client
• Manage off-cycle payrolls, bonuses, adjustments, and other special payroll processing requirements
• Serve as the primary payroll contact for an assigned portfolio of clients, maintaining strong
• Communicate payroll timelines, requirements, status updates, and issue resolutions clearly and

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience processing payroll for multiple clients, preferably in a multi-client or
• Strong experience managing multiple payroll frequencies, including weekly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly
• Solid knowledge of multi-state payroll taxation and applicable federal, state, and local payroll
• Hands-on experience with payroll systems such as UKG, with experience in comparable platforms also
• Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy when working with sensitive financial and
• Ability to manage multiple payroll deadlines and client priorities simultaneously while maintaining
