Payroll Manager

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end payroll operations for a multi-state workforce.
• Manage time clocks, labor distributions, and FLSA compliance.
• Govern payroll vendor (ADP) and payroll tax filings.
• Align payroll with accounting: month-end close and GL reconciliations.
• Build automation workflows and scalable payroll processes.
• Provide analytics and reporting to leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in accounting/finance/HR; CPP preferred.
• 3–5 years payroll mgmt in manufacturing environments.
• Deep knowledge of multi-state payroll taxes and reconciliations.
• Advanced ADP systems expertise; vendor management.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Onsite 3 days per week; flexible schedule.
