Payroll Manager

📋 Description

• Oversee payroll for HK, Macau, Taiwan; ensure timely, accurate processing.
• Ensure compliance with payroll laws in HK, Macau, Taiwan.
• Generate and review payroll reports and metrics.
• Develop, enhance, and implement payroll policies and controls.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance on data integrity and regulatory matters.
• Manage and optimize payroll systems; coordinate with IT.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Accounting, Finance, or related.
• 6+ years payroll management experience with HK/Macau/Taiwan exposure.
• Hands-on Taiwan payroll in-house experience.
• Strong knowledge of payroll laws, taxation, and labor regulations across HK, Macau, and Taiwan.
• Proficiency in payroll systems/HRIS (Workday, ADP, Dayforce, SAP, etc).
• Advanced Excel and payroll reporting.
