Payroll Manager

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end payroll processing for US and UK.
• Ensure compliance with US federal/state/local taxes and UK HMRC regs.
• Escalation point for payroll discrepancies and inquiries in both regions.
• Lead process improvements to increase efficiency and scalability.
• Maintain internal controls and SOX readiness where applicable.
• Stay current on evolving payroll legislation in US and UK.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years leading global payroll operations.
• Experience managing multi-country payroll with US/UK cycles.
• Expert US payroll compliance: taxes, wage/hour, garnishments.
• UK compliance: PAYE, NIC, HMRC reporting, pension auto-enrolment.
• UK year-end (P60, P11D, Final FPS) and IR35 familiarity.
• Workday; ADP Workforce Now; CloudPay experience; Excel/data analysis.
