Payroll Officer, EMEA

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end UK payroll for 600+ employees (ADP Celergo)
• Input monthly payroll changes; ensure statutory compliance
• Ensure GDPR filing and data retention compliance
• Validate HR data on payroll tracker and convert to payrolls
• Amalgamate overtime submissions and upload to ADP
• Liaise with external payroll consultants for Shadow Payroll

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 4 years in a fully managed payroll environment
• Solid knowledge of UK payroll legislation
• Experience with high-volume payroll processing
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
• Strong team player; adaptable to matrix organisation
• GDPR/data privacy compliance awareness
