Payroll Program Manager

📋 Description

• Lead delivery of payroll initiatives from planning through implementation, including vendor
• Partner with regional Payroll teams to define requirements, manage dependencies, identify risks
• Work closely with Benefits, HRIS, Accounting, People, and other partners to translate business
• Partner with global payroll vendors to drive project delivery, resolve implementation or
• Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, automate, and improve payroll processes across
• Support payroll operations across the full cycle, including review, validation, troubleshooting

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in global or multi-country payroll, including hands-on support across AMER
• Proven experience leading payroll implementations, vendor transitions, system integrations, or
• Hands-on knowledge of payroll operations from processing through reconciliation and issue resolution
• Experience working with global payroll vendors and cross-functional stakeholders; Workday
• Excellent program management, prioritization, and execution skills, with the ability to influence
