Payroll Specialist

📋 Description

• Support end-to-end payroll processing and validation activities for Canada and other countries as
• Collect, review, and validate payroll inputs and outputs, ensuring all information is complete
• Perform payroll reconciliations by comparing expected payroll results with final calculations and
• Investigate payroll differences, determine their underlying causes, and coordinate with internal
• Process and validate payroll changes, including new hires, employee terminations, salary
• Review payroll calculations, supporting documentation, and relevant employee information to ensure

🎯 Requirements

• Previous hands-on experience in payroll administration or processing, ideally within an in-house
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage payroll operations for at least one country, including
• Strong understanding of payroll fundamentals, including employee compensation, payroll inputs and
• Experience investigating payroll discrepancies, identifying calculation errors, understanding
• Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy when handling sensitive payroll
