Payroll Specialist

📋 Description

• Process full-cycle payroll for assigned entities on a bi-weekly basis
• Research and resolve payroll related questions and issues
• Verify and process employee expense reimbursements
• Serve as primary point of contact for internal and external payroll tax related inquiries and audits
• Continuously drive improvements, automation, communication, and education to improve employee
• Assist with the implementation of new payroll systems or updating existing systems to meet business

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of progressive payroll processing experience
• Experience with multi-state payroll and familiarity with new-state registration setup and compliance
• Solid working knowledge of UKG (implementation experience a plus) and the aptitude to learn new
• Work effectively in fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects
• High level of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality
