📋 Description

• Manage accurate and timely payroll processing, with a focus on the Benelux markets (Belgium
• Ensure data accuracy and legal compliance across payroll systems, providers, and internal processes
• Collaborate closely with HR, Finance, and third-party providers to resolve complex payroll issues
• Support the preparation of payroll reports, audits, and documentation for compliance
• Serve as the first point of contact for payroll-related questions from employees and HR teams
• Assist with continuous improvement of payroll processes and support system updates and testing

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Benelux payroll processes and legislation (experience with
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or related field
• Experience with payroll systems and HRIS tools (e.g., ADP, Celergo, Workday)
• Highly organized and accurate in handling payroll data and documentation
• Ability to manage competing deadlines and prioritize effectively under pressure
• Fluent in English; additional languages a plus
