PCA / Personal Care Aides

📋 Description

• Follow a nurse-ordered care plan to provide personal care and homemaker support at home.
• Assist with activities of daily living: bathing, grooming, toileting, nail care.
• Provide light housekeeping, laundry, and bed making.
• Prepare meals and assist feeding.
• Support ROM exercises and ambulation with transfers or lifting devices.
• Provide medication reminders.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous home health care experience welcomed, but not required. Training provided.
• A passion for caregiving and helping others.
• Commitment to providing quality, present care.
• Empathy, patience, kindness, and respect.
• Ability to travel to client homes as assigned.
