PCA Supervisor

📋 Description

• Supervise, schedule, and coordinate daily assignments for the PCA team
• Serve as first point of escalation for PCA staff questions, participant concerns, and operational
• Ensure timely and accurate PCA-maintained logs
• Oversee participant incontinence supply delivery and day center inventory
• Ensure timely completion of PCA documentation (ADLs, progress notes, grievances, SDRs)
• Conduct regular check-ins, team huddles, and one-on-ones

🎯 Requirements

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• Associates degree or at least 2 years supervisory/lead/preceptor experience
• Active Food Handlers Certification
• Knowledge of ADL support, infection control, safe patient handling
• Strong communication skills
• Experience overseeing daily workflows and coaching teams
