📋 Description

• Lead and manage departmental personnel, technology, financial resources, and operational priorities
• Provide day-to-day leadership to production teams, overseeing production cost centers and ensuring

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with at least 4 years of relevant experience, or Master's degree with at least 2
• Demonstrated experience in production management, project management, and cross-functional
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing regulations, cGMP requirements, and applicable quality
• Strong leadership and people-management skills, with the ability to set objectives, coach
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across

🎁 Benefits

• Annual base salary range of $106,000 to $176,600, depending on location and other applicable
