📋 Description

• Develop a multi-channel community strategy aligned with adoption goals and Teams/Viva Engage.
• Build, grow, and mentor an advocate network to support local adoption.
• Manage beta and early-access programs from recruitment to launch.
• Enable user-generated content and peer-to-peer learning across communities.
• Moderate internal communities; foster inclusive culture with recognition programs.
• Experiment with new formats and scale successful participation.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's in Communications, Sociology, Marketing, or related field.
• 5-8+ years in community management or internal social networks.
• Proven ability to recruit and mentor network advocates.
• Hands-on content creation: writing, design, posting regularly.
• Experience running early-access, beta, or pilot programs.
• Strong analytics: DAU/MAU, activation, retention.
