• Engage with varied traffic in retail stores, starting conversations with anyone who shows interest
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets by executing high-touch, face-to-face consultations and
• Drive individual sales results by treating every showroom visitor as a VIP
• Maximise sales through personalised service, deep product storytelling, and maintaining a premium
• Proactively manage your book of business using Salesforce to track lead preferences, follow up on
• Execute strategic phone and email outreach to both new leads and existing members for product

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience in a face-to-face retail or hospitality environment
• Experience in fitness, wellness, technology or premium lifestyle brands is a major plus
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a track record of meeting and exceeding KPIs and sales goals
