🎯 Requirements

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Occupational Therapy (DOT) degree or Masters of Occupational
• License to practice Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy in the state of New York
• Completion of Herman and Wallace Level I or equivalent
