📋 Description

• building, structuring and scaling HR operations at an early stage
• creating People processes from scratch so they hold up at scale
• designing every key moment of the employee experience with simplicity and automation
• Employee journey: onboarding, probation-period tracking, performance reviews, feedback processes
• Documentation & operational efficiency: writing clear user-centric documentation, spotting
• People admin: leave and absence management, payroll back-and-forth, contracting, employee

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5-6 years of experience in People Ops, very hands-on
• Comfortable with admin topics (e.g., managing relationship with an accounting firm)
• Previous experience in a fast-scaling company, start-up or scale-up
• Business curiosity
• Versatility across People and Corporate/Admin topics
• Rigour and rock-solid attention to detail

• Base salary: €53,000 - €61,000 gross per year depending on experience and level
